Beautifully presented in original blacksmith made ironwork frame with light distressing to the gold leaf and wood paneled back.

What is reverse painting?
Reverse painting is a process where the rear side of the glass is painted, and once flipped appears in the correct way. Quite often gold leaf is used to highlight wording or motifs.
