Early 20th Century Best & Lloyd Table Lamp

£445.00

An exceptional cast table lamp made in England by Best & Lloyd. c.1910

A scarcely seen adjustable model, finely made in cast brass and retaining its original silver‑plated finish, now mellowed with age. The heavy weighted base ensures stability, allowing the shade to be adjusted. It’s topped with a hand‑made vaseline glass shade, glowing softly on the original GEC bulb holder. The external cable run is exactly as it left the factory.

Made by one of the country’s finest early electric‑lighting manufacturers, it’s a superb piece — a true meeting of form, function and craftsmanship.

Rewired with 2m of black twisted flex and BS 3-pin plug.
