A pair of beautifully formed glazed copper lanterns with natural verdigris. c.1890
Finely constructed conical lanterns, presented in as found condition. The copper has developed a rich, natural patina through decades of oxidisation. Curved glazing remains intact. A small hatch to the top of each lantern harks back to a time when lamplighters would have walked the streets to manually illuminate each lantern as evening fell. Price is per light.
Rewired with black twisted flex.
